Doing some "HOOKING"....

Hehe,  OK however inappropriate that title was, it's still kinda funny right?  Last night we did our Hooks!  It was a small crowed so it made it fun for visiting and we were able to whip those craft out in no time!  I totally forgot to get pictures of everyone creations!!  Oops but trust me when i say they turned out Fabulous! 

I've got extra kits so if you interested in them let  me know!  They are $7 a kit!  You just need wood glue, Modpodge and a drill and paint. 

Ok so the next Craft night"S" is the 28th or 29th of March.  I just emailed everyone and asked for emails about which night they will be coming or if they will be picking up!  It's a bigger crowed this time so I need to be extra extra organized so if you got the email,  Please message me back as soon as you can!!  The shelves are going to be so fun!

On a totally unrelated note. Look what i made last week... And when I say I... I say it very loosely cause mostly Brad made it, and i got the idea of my craft heaven "pintrest" ... But i made it Cute and i bossed him around and told him how! So I'm just going to take partial credit.

It's 18" by 36" inches of goodness! I adore how it turned out! I'm selling these done for $25 or the kit's for $20 if your interested or if there is enough interest we'll do them for a craft night!

April's Craft Night!

So i went up to Red deer for a few day's to see my sister.  One of those days we whipped up to Edmonton (Beaumont) to see my Brother and Sister in Law and Kiddies... Well amidst the craziness of kids, one with a freshly Broken arm... Lara had a minute to show me these rings.... Which i fell in love with!  I was planning on doing the birds nest  necklaces for Mothers day but this was the clincher.  So we are doing both.  

These are mine that i made. But i high jacked a picture off the web to show you closer what we will be doing... (i could not get a good picture of them and i was growing impatient!)

I've got a discussion going on facebook about doing them with the Stirling silver or the plated the difference in price is half.

So the Sterling birds nest necklace would be $22

and the ring would be $12

and the Non Tarnish enamel coated necklace would be $12

and the ring would be $6

Long story short... I think I'll have sign up's for both.  They are super fast and easy peasy to do!  And I think will make a wonderful Mothers day gift to all the Mothers out there!!  So the Date on this is April the 18th!  Sign up will take place till march 15th so if you would like to be added and are not on facebook just email me with which type of wire you want Stirling or coated and which jewelry you want and how many.

March Craft's!

So march I'm sneaking in two craft nights  the first night will be the Wednesday the 14th!  We'll be doing these hooks.  I love them and I'm excited to do them for my house!  The final day for the sign up for these hooks is Tuesday Feb, 28th!  If you are not on facebook and would like to sign up just email me!  kd4077@gmail.com

Feb. Craft Night!

So for February craft night we are doing Wreaths.  We've never done a wreath at craft night and i could not resist these ones... They are prefect for any season but i love them for the spring summer season for sure!  I know you could do really cute Halloween or  Christmas ones with the right paper. 

So this craft night had to be split into two nights.  Feb. 29th and March 1st.  There was to many people signed up to fit into my house on one night so i thought i would be funner to have less and do two nights!  So here it is.....

So this one is totally filled up but if you want your name on the list for extra kit's just email me at kd4077@gmail.com.  I'll know the 2nd if there is any leftovers for sure and I'll shoot out a email.

For those of you signed up for this craft night, It would be a great if you could bring a pair of really good scissors with you and a glue gun... But if you don't not a problem,  I will have some but you'll have to share!

The New Blog!

So I've had people comment about only being on facebook.   So I thought this might be a easier to announce the upcoming crafts on a blog. (i'll still be doing most of it though Facebook)  Facebook gets a bit confusing trying to figure out which craft is for which month... And then those odd months that i have 2 crafts going on... So here it is.  The Crafters Annon. Blog.  So if you have friends that don't do facebook but still want to know what's going on direct them here.

If you are not on facebook and still would like to sign up for a craft.... All you have to do is comment under the post or better yet email me at kd4077@gmail.com  with which craft your interested in.

For those of you who are new,  This is how it kinda works...

We do one craft each month (sometimes two)  I put a picture or post up and there will be a date set to sign up by.  There will also be the actual date of the craft night.  If you want to do the craft but cannot attend that night... Totally O.K. You can still pick up the kit and do it on your own.  Or you can pay a bit extra and I'll do it for ya.

You pay for the craft then night you come to do it,  Or when you pick up the kit.  If you sign up for a kit and don't pick it up or make arrangements to pick it up,  I will sell it to the next in line, or if i can't sell it (which is usually not a problem)  I will hunt you down and steal your first born... Ok I'm kidding only cause i have enough kids of my own.  But you get the idea.

I think that's all there is to explain.... I can do up extra kit's for those who want more..Depending on the time.  I'll have extra kit's up once in a while for sale, So if your wanting extra kits or anything just shoot me a email or check the blog to see what I've got on hand.
